For the first time in decades, the United States actually has a new immigration pathway, which directly supports our community here at Immigration Law for Tech Startups. It’s practically a new immigration status in the United States. It’s not a visa nor a green card. It’s not citizenship – but it’s another type of United States immigration program, specifically, for people who have founded tech companies that are going to scale rapidly and now have this pathway to come here.

Keep in mind this is a novel program so it’s going to be evolving. We will continue to give you updates as we usher people through and as we generate more ideas around its variations and combinations as well as how to make it work in different situations.
